The Heritage High School Chamber Choir was selected to receive the Georgia Music Educators Association's Exemplary Performance Award. The committee based their decision on recordings of last year's Chamber Choir, Performance Evaluation difficulty levels, and Performance Evaluation scoresheets from the past three years. They also took into consideration the number of students who were selected for All-State Chorus and District Chorus, the Governor's Honors Program in the area of Voice, Literary Competition results, choral competition scoresheets, and our Chamber Choir's performances at Georgia State University in Atlanta and the GMEA State In-Service Conference in Athens.
